We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and genial, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the location of the hotel - it was in a quiet area of town but still close to the lovely lido along the seaside. the hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing experience.
Nothing. The hotel met all our expectations and we had no complaints.

The hotel is located in a quiet area of town but still close to the lovely lido and the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fairly well provided and the rooms were clean with basic furnishings.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The hotel neighborhood is not too attractive (close to the city port looking like abandoned car) but the hotel itself is really fine. High standard and high quality staff service. They even made the breakfast for us in the pure morning as we had to catch the flight quite early. Everything was fresh as arrived from bakery. If you want to eat out there is one lonely ristorante around (500m) being rather a bar for seniors from surrounding homes and fishermen without boats waiting for better times. But you must go there! You will see the true Sicily and meet great and modest people. Fantastic Chef, short menu but great food for honest value and local musicians performing music live. It was scary and amazing at the same time. But I would go there again no doubt! Tomasz, Cork
All good

Nice friendly staff. Clean and fairly quiet.
By the description it says 'a short walk to the center and white sand beaches. The hotel is opposite the harbour and it takes about 20 min to walk to the center and 25 min to a not very white sand beach. Staff don't speak much English.

The hotel is located in a quite area of town, close to the lovely lido and a nearby long beach. The rooms are good and the quality of materials used was fantastic. The breakfast offered is fine and the staff is helpful. The view from the window is beautiful, overlooking the industrial harbor.
The area surrounding the hotel is industrial and rough, with uncollected piles of rubbish.

The room was very clean and towels were changed when needed
Staff did their best but we could see they had no english.. The hotel was just a very good bed and breakfast . They had no facilities for their guests to enjoy. The reading room was just an annex divided from breakfast room by partition and had a t.v which was on constantly and only english newspapers were available to read.

The hotel offers great services, and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is decent. We had a very romantic stay. The beautiful decor and ambiance of the hotel made our stay even better. We also enjoyed the lovely views from the balcony.
The location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient for us. It was far from the city center and the nearby area was mostly industrial and not very appealing.

near to the new harbour, in upper floors view on the harbour
Stile very dependent on personal view (artificial roses all over in the room), staff did only what necessary in case of complaints, breakfast finished 45 minutes prior to the official end because cheese and panini finished on both days of out stay

It's location is somewhat out of town. Preparte for a leisurely 20 minute stroll to city center

Our Thanksgiving stay was great! We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary breakfast and parking. The location was perfect, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace, with a stunning view of the sea.
The room was a bit small for our family of four. We also found the Wi-Fi to be slow and unreliable.
